Spring Lake has the 2nd lowest ratable for Monmouth County. There are 13 homes available ranging from $499 to $999K. Some are tear downs, others are on undersized lots, and some are move in condition.

You can expect to pay around $6000 in taxes on a $900K home in town, fyi.
