Hi Kate,

There has only been one sale of a condo with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths in North Attleboro in the last 6 months. The sellers did lots of updates and got a sale price of $226,000 back in November of 2008. With so little comps on condos in North Attleboro it really depends on the condition of your unit, any special features and the monthly condo fee. Units with higher fees (over $275) have been sitting for a long time. If you'd like more information, let us know.
