We are located in the Hidden Hills subdivision in Castaic, Ca 91384 area and are in need of comparable sales close 1/01/09 but no later than 3/31/09 per their requirements. We have found only a couple homes close to those dates but they are larger homes and one of them sits on a much larger piece of property. What other options can we look into to be sure we are being assessed a fair value?

You are definitely able to appeal this review. There is a board that hears reviews and they tend to be very pro-home owner. I have an agent that specializes in this area and can help you with this. Please email me directly and I will be happy to assist is needed.
