The golf course communities in Truckee have seen major price reductions and depending on the setting of the lot there are very few comps. I would be happy to assist you with a current market analysis(CMA) of the lot in question so that you can have a good idea of the lots current value. This will help you secure the lot at a fair price taking into consideration the current market, anticipation where the market is heading, and what you are willing to spend. This is a great time to get an amazing deal on Lahontan lots. Please contact me to discuss further.

Hi Tahoe1
You should work with a local Reator®, he should be able to find some comparables and get an comparable. And, from there decide if the listing price is realistic.
Although, you can make any offer you like and see if the seller takes it.

Hope this helped,

Have you tried the County web site or office?

Also, and of course, a Realtor should be able to provide such information. As a CMA or just recent compara ble sales.
