Wendy, the market concerns for you would be the same for any area. Will I get what I want for the LA homes, and will we be able to find what we want at a price we can afford in TN? The best way to reduce your concerns is to have an agent check out what has been listed, withdrawn, sold, or expired in the Metaire and New Roads areas first (since I'm assuming you can't buy in TN unless you sell in LA).
