First two questions would be did you use a Realtor and was there a Sellers Disclosure. If so I would call your Realtor and share the problems they can look at the disclosure and depending on the problems you are having can refer you to a lawyer if you can prove that the person who remodeled the house knew about damage that they didnt disclose. IF you are interested in Selling email me the address and I can give you a general idea of what it could sell for now. I do sale fro 4% which in your case is going to save you money which you are going to need every penny of. More than likely you could sell it but not with out bringing money to the table for closing. Unless for some reason you got a ridiculously low price on it.
