we properly research the trends of the local market. Please could you advise where best we can locate a suitable, but simple, downtown Boerne property, whilst we conduct our search.
Janat - if you want to experience the historic charm of Boerne by renting, there is an incredibly unique 1902 restored home on an acre, just 1 mile from downtown.
The 3200 square foot 4/3.5 has three fireplaces, a copper slipper tub, two living areas, original hardwood floors, stainless appliances, a 6-car garage/shop, and underwent a 6-figure renovation in 2005. None like it in Kendall County. I'm not a realtor but you should check it out: http://www.4hillview.com
Janat,
Boerne is still a great area to buy in! As long as you are on the Northwest side of town all the way out towards Boerne there are still some great areas to buy. Many parts of San Antonio have seen some slow down, however the areas north of town are still doing quite well. I would be happy to send you the numbers for a given area if you feel they would be helpful. The national market is not necessarily an indicator for the whole country! San Antonio is still considered the #1 place to buy according to a recent article by newswire.com and we have been lucky to see continued appreciation. Let me know if I could be of any assistance. Until then good luck!
Janat,
I apologize for the delay in seeing your question.
Downtown Boerne is a little outside of my service area, but I can get you someone who could really help you with any rental needs you may have in Boerne. If you would like, contact me and I'll get you in touch with someone from our Boerne office. Hope that helps.
