Is there a slow, steady increase to values - are they expected to plummet, or hold their own? What does the last 10 years values look like compared to the present and future guestimate 10 years down the road? Is a Loveland home a good investment financially? Thanks.

oveland has a stable market compared to other neighbor cities. With interest moving even lower, it's worth seriously considering to make that move.

I've a Realtor for 16 years and live in Northwest Loveland.
