Calvin, Home Buyer in Oakland, CA

We are considering buying in the Riata West subdivision? Can homeowners share what they like or dislike? Comments from realtors are also appreciated.

Riata West is a nice place. All over Buckeye, there is a lot of house available for the money right now. Question is to you, why are you choosing Riata West? Schools? Price? Community? Location?

I live in Buckeye in Verrado and I know that Buckeye is and was a farming community. One thing for sure, you will smell the cow farms over in Riata West as I sometimes do in Verrado.

Riata West is one of the newer communities built in Buckeye over the past 4 to 5 years. It is a desirable community in the West Valley.

As I write this there are 16 homes for sale in the area, ranging in price from $60k to $200k. You can check the list here -> http://www.flexmls.com/link.html?ua8fukcgmwh,12,1

There are some bank owned homes, short sales, and regular sales in the neighborhood.

The homeowners association is called Riata West and you can find them online at http://riatawesthoa.com/

Good luck!
