WIth the slower market, how important is an agent who can lease your property as well as sell it?

Personally, Byron, I think an owner needs to decide what they want to do and then choose the right agent for the job. Agents that do both leasing and selling are like the ones who do both mortgages and selling. They don't do either one well. To get something sold right now takes a real commitment. The idea of leasing, or selling, whatever comes first is a poor way to market a property.
