Fichey,

Last August (2007), a half acre lot sold for $70,000. in that area, but it wasn't waterfront, it was waterview. If you would like to know more about the area, contact me and I'll help you find a good comparable. I have a number of listings in the Freeport, FL area.

I totally disagree with Jennifers post. . . Zillow's 'zestimates' can be WAY off, either low or high. I did a zestimate on my personal house, if I could sell it for what Zillow recommends, I would be living somewhere else as we speak (type?)

Only a local expert can help out in this instance, preferably one with years of knowledge and expertise, who knows the local area AND the waterfront market, has a waterfront clientelle and can market to that segment globally and locally.

I know several good ones if you want some recommendations.

Also, if you are interested in specific properties and just want a really generalized price estimate, you may want to try http://www.zillow.com. If and when you are ready to price your own home or you have a home in mind you are thinking of purchasing give me a call at 407-921-1310 and I will prepare you a free and professional comparative market analysis. We have an office right in Clermont.

Fichey,

As an agent, you should know how to get this information. First check this site out: http://www.marinavillage.info/areainfo.php

Get on Google and Trulia and see what's sold, what's active..... that will give you invaluable info as well.

If you want to buy property there for yourself, google the area and see what agents you come up with, or if you are a CRS, e-PRO, GRI you can search there as well for someone to help. If you are referring a client, same applies.
