Trulia has the median sales price in Manlius NY at $162k . This seems really off as there are SOLD signs
everywhere, very little inventory below $260k and several very expensive properties that have recenlty sold. Trulia also reports only 7 sales in last 3 mos which is definitely wrong. Why can't we get accurate data?

FIRST ANSWER
The best way to get accurate data is to speak to a realtor. The realtor has the most current, up-to -date information. If you are looking to purchase a home you will want a buyer's agent to represent you. A buyer's agent can then compile a market analysis on the home that you wish to purchase.
