I agree with your opinion! My husband and I live in Westminster and we actually made an offer on a home in Eden Farms, but lost to someone who bid higher. This was a few years ago, and the prices were much higher. So with that said, this is an excellent opportunity to obtain a great property in a fabulous area! I know this particular home sold, but there are others available and they pop up often. You have to move quickly because at these prices, they generally aren't around for long! The real estate market "is what it is" and there is little we as individuals can do about it. The reality, as you have pointed out, is there are loads of outstanding opportunities to save money on the purchase of a home that fits your specifice family needs.

This is the time to be activly looking for the perfect opportunity. People that view this is a time to collect information relative to purchasing property, mortgage pre- approval, finding an agent, viewing property, etc. are putting themselves in the postiion of being able to move quickly when the righr oppoetunity presents itself.

Those that stand on the sideline waiting to get into the game will miss the opportunity to score.

Our message is not that now is the perfect time for everyone to purchase property but that it is a time to seriously consider getting into the game.
