Saugatuck/Douglas has begun the rebound. The bottom was last winter and the spring always brings the buyers who are ready for summer. Rates are great. If you are not buying now you are missing the bottom.
FIRST ANSWER
We did see a leveling of prices in the area. Most homes were originally built as cottages and offer a get away to many second home owners from Illinois, Ohio and Indiana. The median price for an in town home is around $240,000 but the values go up to $650,000 in places.
