There is a lot of talk of a softening real estate market. How would you describe the real estate market in Park Slope?

How long do homes typically sit on the market in this city?

The market is quite strong here in Park Slope. I have buyers who against my advice are trying to lowball and guess what - they lose out. It's a strong, solid neighborhood, much in demand, and therefore not declining. Manhattan is declining in price considerably more. If you are considering moving to the Slope and need some help, I'd be happy to assist you. Just click on my contact info or shoot me an e-mail.

Prices in Park Slope are not currently softening, due to constant demand. On the other hand, we are not seeing the astronomical increases of the last few years.
