10012 Burton Ave, Bratenahl, OH sold for 179,900. Based on that what would I expect to pay for a similar home (4 bdrm, 2.5 ba 2590 sq.ft. home built in 1900)in Bratenahl on .75 acre with a large private sandy beach? How much would the fact that the property is lakefront add to the value?
