I've lived in Hendersonville for the past 17 years, at my present residence since 1999. I'm a teacher and know all the schools and areas of Hendersonville. As a whole, all of Hendersonville has excellent schools. The area where I live (within 1 1/4 miles of Vietnam Vet's Blvd and area of recent economic development, Indian Lake Boulevard is zoned for Station Camp Elementary, Middle and High Schools, all great schools. Our sons are grown and we are thinking of selling our property, a brick, cape-cod style home (approx. 3300 sq. ft. including garage) on a level 1 1/4 acre lot. Our asking price would be in the 275,000 range. If you are interested, I can provide details and pictures.

The Station Camp schools in Gallatin are new and desirable and Hendersonville is popular across the board. My best friends children go to Beech Elementary and she can't say enough positive words about it. http://www.sumnerschools.org/index.php?option=com_content&am…
As far as specific neighborhoods, where to begin? Blue Ridge, Autumn Creek, Ballantrae, WIndstar Bay (new), Govenors Point, Steeple Chase, Long Hollow Pointe, Drakes Point, Island Brook, Sugartree and Saint Blaise just to get started. There is a lot available in that range so I hope this helps. Good luck and let me know if you need further assistance.

There are a large number of options in Hendersonville that meet this criteria. I would spend some time on GreatSchools.org to research schools that interest you to narrow your search. Also, it is important to find a buyer's agent who can guide you through the process and who knows the Hendersonville Area well. You can visit http://www.TheGoodLifeRealEstateTeam.com for search options.
