Riverfront rennaissance Troy,specifically the washington park to burg, how will it effect the prices in years

The Troy rennaissance is becoming a reality! It is expanding northward from the business district with restaurants, clubs, offices, arts, and loft apartments. With it's unique architecture and convenience to other major areas this change can be a longstanding improvement to the entire Capital District .
FIRST ANSWER
I honestly think it will be a great time to buy in the area - the lofts are gorgeous - and the riverfront is ready for the work!
