Various professional designations avail for State, Farm, General or Residential(?). Used for seller price validation,ie to differentiate from area composites for newer subdivision type adjacent selling prices. For some reason. Trulia does not show selling prices for LBAR counties-just listing prices. Thank you

In my opinion, it would be best to have it appraised by someone who specializes in historic properties, since they have unique benefits and characteristics not offered by newer homes some people might try to compare them tol.

You're right -- LBAR doesn't show the general public "sold" prices for various homes/properties, but if you want to email me the address of the property, I'd be happy to pull the area comparables and email them to you.
