The Lake county web site has a section where you can pull up the information the assessor has on your house. Just do a web search for Lake county assessor, select assessment information on the far left upper side of the page and select property tax assessment information. There is a section at the bottom of that page that can show you what they feel your house is worth. If you feel they have over valued your house you may need a recent appraisal that shows the current market value of your house. If so, I can help.
