However, if you are looking at past comps for future pricing, all that info needs to be thrown out the window - Only 5 single family homes have sold at Folly in the last 6 months so there are no true comps. I found 15 properties that fit your size and date parameters. Whether these 15 were on the rental program, I did not dig that far yet and don't know.
