Realtors might be helpful, but I believe an appraiser will have access to more comparable land sales and listings than anyone else. Or better yet, why not a Realtor who is also an appraiser as well. I look forward to your call.
A BPO is similar to an Appraisal and I don't see how you could do that with no house.
You need a Realtor to help verify the Value of the land.
