while address is Princeton its actually in Lawrence twp. Nassau Street is in Princeton proper. (the twp and boroughs of Princeton merged) Princeton address does not indicate Princeton regional school taxes or taxing authority. The Princeton zip code 08540 covers areas from most neighboring townships like Montgomery, Lawrence,Hopewell and others. The current market varies greatly among these. What would you like to know?

It is not clear to me what you are asking.
Nassau Street is the main street of downtown Princeton. Princeton is a vibrant town made interesting by its diverse community and of course enriched by the University.
From a real estate perspective. Princeton remains a great investment. Properties that are "right: priced and in good condition move swiftly.
