My husband and I are looking to buy a house in the Salida, Turlock area but may need to move in 4-5yrs for job
s. Should we wait a little while to buy? And if so untill when? We are curious about how long or if so to wait based upon the market conditions.

Hi Michelle, Have you checked out the different neighborhoods to see where you want to be for 4 to 5 years? If you want to buy a home you should check out the trends in the market specifically where you are looking at. I can email you a two year history report that shows you some interesting things about supply & demand in the area.
