No mortgage in most of houses in jeannette only if you have 10 to 50 k you can buy a house in jeannette pa , every thing is close all shopping 25 miles away air port , new casino is under construction very soon
this town is about 20 miles away form down town pittsburg . and from phily it is 240 mile,s away .
well if you have investment or considering to move then in this county westmoreland county is great for affordable housing . even commercial buildinds need only people who can runs nice business there . with no big investment .
