Absolutely!
Definitely a light at the end of the tunnel this year and much better than 2009!
At least for me.
Also in the lowee price range under $400,000 multiple offers and properties being sold at the listing price if not more!

Patrick its good to see you have a ton of pre listed property. Are you seeing an increase of inventory in your market area? Are you banks starting to give you more inventory?

I know for us here in the Valley we have seen an increase of inventory.

3 months ago we had 1.9/months of inventory today we sit with just about 3 months and increasing.

We have also felt it in the Central Valley. Activity has been high for the last 9 months. I do have to warn you it has started to slow again and inventory is starting to increase again. I would love to ask the same question in 3 months from today.

How's the rest of California doing?

We have also noticed an increase in larger-home sales (4,000 square feet and up).

YES! We are busier than ever. Many of the investors buying today for cash are the people who bought in the last downturn.
