Looking for good trending infomation for Commercial and Industrial land in Prinevile, OR from 1/1/08-1/01/09
Would like to know any and how much land values have decreased for both Commercial and Industrial land in Prineville, OR from 1/01/08 till 1/01/09. Can anyone help or know where to find any data on this. Thanks

Try CoStar.com and Loopnet.com!
These are the best sites on the web and I am confident there will be some help there. Let's be realistic however. Values are down from 15 to 50% all over Oregon and that area is being hit harder than anywhere.
Wish I have better news. Best thing to do is get an evaluation and that is easy enough and free.
