I am not sure what your price range is for lots and they definitely vary in price around Helena. You also stated you wished to build in one of the older areas of Helena. Doing a quick search I have not found any vacant lots in what I consider the older part of Helena.
You can search our website for land and if you find any you might be interested in, I can let you know what section of town that falls in.
