Looking for a lot to build on in Helena

Asked by Jim, 59601 Wed Aug 8, 2007

We are looking for a larger lot to build on in one of the older areas of Helena. Does anyone know of an open lot or a larger lot with a smaller house that may come available?

Jim:

I have a great 10 acre parcel in the Woodland Hills Community with a well and approved septic on Woodland Hills Rd, Lot 37-B. Call Steve Mandeville w/ Windemere in Helena.

Hi Jim,
It depends on what your definition of "larger" is. Whether or not you want city services or prefer autonomy. And of course, price. Feel free to let me know these specifics and I can narrow it down for you. Obviously , there are plenty of options that wouold likely suit your needs. By the way, have you thought about overload springs for your car? :)

Hi Jim,
I am not sure what your price range is for lots and they definitely vary in price around Helena. You also stated you wished to build in one of the older areas of Helena. Doing a quick search I have not found any vacant lots in what I consider the older part of Helena.
You can search our website for land and if you find any you might be interested in, I can let you know what section of town that falls in. Also, there is a really good deal on lots that are coming available in the glacier Point subdivision. The lots start at $38,500. You can visit their website at http://www.glacierpointsubdivision.net
Let me know if you have any questions.

Hello:
I am a broker in Helena. First, you can search http://www.waldenproperties.net for all lots listed; you can of course save what you find and set-up an email drip for new listings.

Second, we have some lots listed on 2nd Avenue. They are smaller lots but you could buy 2 and have a nice property. Call me (Corinne) at 406-441-9000 or email coco@waldenproperties.net for specific assistance.

Regards,

Corinne

I'm not that familiar with the Helena area, but one thing you could try is searching for lot/land properties in Helena on Trulia.
