I can assure you that having a competent, experienced and honest Realtor on your side WILL ultimately save you time and money. Period. A good Realtor is not only an EXCELLENT negotiator, but also will be able to draft the Agreement of Sale in such a way as to protect YOUR interests, thinking of things you may not think of (for example, prior to entering the real estate industry, I was a practicing attorney for nearly 8 years.....my insight and background is truly invaluable to my clients:)

Why exactly are you looking for a 'For Sale By Owner'? There are currently 20 properties that are listed with a real estate brokerage in Collegeville that have 2 bedrooms. A buyer's agent is a FREE service to you so can you let us know why it is that you are looking specifically for a FSBO?
