according to all data has been deeply hurt, but owners are still asking outrageous prices. According to a few articles/research that I have done prices should be inline with those of 2002, but sellers are asking prices inline with 2005 height of the market. Can someone point me towards a home that is priced well and direct me towards a barometer to measure some of these homes which have been sitting for over 180 days w/o price adjustments. It feels like while it should be a good time to buy, there are no homes worth buying at our price point.
