Kevin, you are right on... "man this guy's good".

Hurricane Wilma hit North Bay Village pretty hard, especially Grandview. I lived through it b/c I live right across the bridge. Alot of windows were blown out including sliding glass doors and the building was left without power for sometime. This caused alot of damage to individual units and the building as a whole. I feel that this building has not recovered since then, which is why many say it has a bad reputation. This is a major contributor to the salability of condos in this building. If you are looking in North Bay Village there are better choices than Grandview. Good luck.

I'm good huh! That building was in the midst of a conversion when Hurricane Wilma hit. The price range of the units at Grandview Palace are extremely quiet. There is more activity in the higher end. I think that condo conversions in general tend to be less desirable in the re-sale market. Since many of the windows blew out, the building's reputation was damaged.
