That is south Natomas. You should call your insurance company and they should be able to tell you what the flood insurance would be.

Most likely it will be required. The best way to check and to see how much it will cost is to contact your insurance agent. Most people go through their current car insurance carrier.

I'm not sure that's south Natomas, but it's Natomas.

Call a local homeowner insurance company to find out the rates. That's the only way to determine if it's 'high' or not. If you need one, I'm sure we can give you some companies as well to check rates.
One I would recommend is Vickie Rosalli at State Farm insurance. There's no obligation and it might make sense to check with a local insurance company for that information. She can be reached at (916) 966-7111.

If you're considering moving here soon, I'm sure you'll like the winters better than in Oak Lawn! We visit snow if we want to, and winter is more of a rainy season than as cold and windy as you experience.

Are you moving here from Illinois?! Welcome!
Call your home owner's insurance agency to get a quote on flood insurance. Yes, that area is Natomas. Other areas around here could require flood insurance as well, and that is why it is best to check with an insurance agent for rates and requirements. Very nice area there, good luck!
