Is this a safe neighborhood for a single woman? What is the ethnic make-up of this neighborhood?

Thanks for the other agents have indicated, we arent able to answer for more than one reason. The best way to address both those issues is to hit the streets. Drive around, and if you feel comfortable there, talk to people in the community, they are usually more than willing to talk about crime...and give you the inside scoop on any annoying neighbors.. :) And as always, you can hit the internet from the safety of your own home and find out lots of information about areas, neighborhoods, and cities.

Realtors, by law, are not allowed to give ethnic makeup information. It goes against the Fair Housing Act. If you are concerned about crime, I ask the local police station--they can let you know what is going on in that area.
