There are plenty of nice rentals available in the Greenwood area! (and many more coming soon) If you are interested in finding them I would try looking online on sites such as indystar.com, rentals.com, craigslist.com, and other rental websites.

As I stated on an earlier post, unless you are looking for a short term relocation you should speak with a mortgage professional to determine your buying potential. Many people don't realize they can still buy with the market in it's current condition.
