You can see what homes in any particular neighborhood sold for within the last 6 to 12 months at my website - for free....just go to http://www.rickambrose.com - enjoy!

Everybody below is right... the information is hard to find as a consumer. Your Realtor can pull this data up for you in just a few minutes with their MLS access. That is the best way to get what you are looking for. Sites like Trulia and Zillow are typically outdated. When a home is sold it may not be updated for weeks or even months on both sites. This truly makes it hard to understand the market with real time data because although it may appear to be real time it is not.

REALTORS pay expensive dues to have access to our MLS. Because of this we have access to just about everything that has been bought and sold. We also have information on final sales price and seller paid closing costs that were applied to sales.

Good luck to you.

Hi Bill,
There is not a very good site that I know that can give you an accurate market analysis.
I am in Burleson and will be glad to email a comparative market analysis to you or answer any questions you have.

Bill,
Bruce is right, there really isnt a good platform online that will give you the information you are looking for. If your looking for sales comps within your area or get a suggested listing price for your home, I would be more than happy to email you some information. I would also recommend calling a local agent in your area that can give you more in depth info. Fell free to email me if youd like me to get you the info.
Have a good one.
