Is there a reason why the Ruckersville homes to the right of 29N are higher priced than the homes to the left of 29N, especially around the Sheetz?

station? Is it that those homes have better resale opportunities? Is it because of Walmart?

Depending on where you're searching (websites) the results will probably be pulling from Preddy Creek and Foxwood subdivisions which are larger, two-story homes to the east to Rt 29 while to the west it would be pulling from the Rolling Hills subdivision and surrounding area which tend to be one-level smaller footprint homes. If you're getting results from Deer Lake or Willow Creek (to the west of Rt 29) you will get a higher price point. There is no "market" difference between the two sides.

Maybe because they are more convenient to 29? Personally I prefer west of 29. More quiet, better mountain views. And just as convenient to the stores along 29.
