well, that property is listed as SOLD (great area and very "walkable)........but................."walkability" is in the eye of the beholder!

It depends on where you need or want to go.

Everywhere in Manhattan is walkable.......to restaurants, shops, points of interest, etc.

People in Manhattan walk all over the place...but if you're on the Upper West Side and want to go to, for example, the Lower East side - that's more of a hike than a "walk".

Hello,
I live on this fabulous block! We have beautiful lights on the trees and we are seconds from Lincoln Center and Central Park. You won't find a more 'walkable' street in the City. I have included a link for you about the Landmarked buildings on 67th Street.
