As responded by Ms. Lively, many more than 4 sales. Mr. Keene may have misunderstood your question. To get you the exact number, removing those sales in outlying areas, we would have to perform a grid search which any Realtor can do, but even then, if the Listor didn't enter the correct numbers (or any numbers at all which is the case in about 20% of listings) the count would not be accurate. Then there remains the problem of agents failing to update statistics in a timely manner as is required..
In summary, the true count is probably even more than 23.

Both Questions are good. There are other factors to consider like condition and price. Like one of the other Realtors said that they all might not be in the 'Highlands" but right in the area. I think that you may want a Realtor to do a CMA for your home or the one you want to purchase.…

Doing a quick search on MLS data, searching on the subdivison area "highlands", I see 23 homes sold from Feb 22 to March 22. Whether these are all actually in Highlands is questionable, as listing agents sometmes include "highlands" in the sub area when homes are a bit out of the area. For instance, many are listed as "berkeley, highlands, sunnyside".

What exactly do you want to know?

According to Metrolist, 45 detached single family homes have sold in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver over the past 4 months. If you are not currently working with an agent I would welcome the opportunity to sit down with you to provide you with a professional market analysis of your current home, as well as learn what you are looking for in your new home.

Best of luck,
