FIRST ANSWER
The 8000 tax credit offered to entice first time homebuyers out in the market is certainly working. I have recently taken clients to the Longmead area. One property in particular fit all my clients needs and we contacted the listing agent. We were sad to find out that an offer was already pending (2 to be exact). The property was not on the market for more than 2 weeks. So I do believe that things are starting to improve in certain markets. I can only hope that this growth/improvement continues. . .
