Is the bottom about to fall out of the San Francisco market for 3 or 4 bedroom homes?

No. Single family homes in San Francisco will always be short in supply and high in demand. If you are a seller and a buyer then no matter what the market does you are affected on both sides. But no this market is the brightest spot in the whole state.

FIRST ANSWER

Depending on your location, looks like you are in the Richmond District. The market is still very strong. In some areas of the city we are still competing with buyers on properties receiving multiple offers. Especially in the lower price ranges, of course always depending on the location.
