Trying to decide between renting the house out or selling
David: Great time to buy-- NOT a great time to sell. Hold onto it-- rent it out.
Wait for it -- to eventually appreciate.

Yes, Great time to sell in Ned, as all the homes are just starting to come on the market for this years sales. Our best selling time is March thru Oct.
I think that right now is the time to rent it to someone and see how the market looks come spring. If you need any help finding a renter or new home please contact me. Jason Burch with Homestead Real Estate. 720-352-9038
Good morning David. Despite our current buyer's market condition, best homes still sell fast. It would be important to do a specific market analysis for your house to see what your options are. Weather to sell or to rent decision should be based on your overall investing strategy. One thing I know for sure, it is absolutely a GREAT time to buy!
Thanks,

Hi David,
The chief economist for the National Association of Realtors believes the coming year is going to be good to home prices in Colorado. Given that, you might want to hold on till next summer.
This may not be completely relevant to Nederland, but a recent Denver Business Journal article stated that homes in Colorado are overvalued, and that homes in Boulder are overvalued by 5.9% (as compared to Denver homes, overvalued at 3.6%).
Have you rented a home out before? Contact me at chris@metfinehomes.com if you want to know my experience with renting a home (not a bad experience). Whichever way you decide to go, best of luck!
