Is anyone looking to buy in the White Marsh area $475000 range. Listed house last week - no showings??

I would give it two weeks and see if you get any showings. If you do, hopefully your agent will follow up with the showing agent and get feedback. Feedback in this market is very important.
If you don't get have nay showings in two weeks there are several things to consider (actually three) Price, location and condition of your house. These are the things that you or your agent should be looking at. If you need help please feel free to contact me.

There are buyers and homes are selling. If your home is not getting any showings ask your agent what price range homes have sold for in your community and if you are not near that range you have your answer. Price, location and condition. That is what sells homes. Price it right, make sure your home is in good condition and staged, plant flowers and make a good first impression outside, and account for your location. If you are on a busy road your price will have to reflect that. Finally, be patient. The average time that a home is on the market is 3 to 6 months. You have only been on for one week.

The market is now being flooded with buyers in the white marsh perry hall areas, consider having a second open house if the first open house has already taken place.

Has your agent at least had a broker's open house? How many agents have seen it in that time?
