Is a home in a good part of Coral Springs or Parkland a better long-term investment?

If you are a beach person in any way, you might want to consider looking at houses on the east side of Fort Lauderdale. There's nothing like a five minute drive to the beach versus half an hour or more! Better yet, hop into your boat from your very own waterfront property! Purchases near the beach are a far better long-term investment, too!

I have lived in Coral Springs for over 20 years and love the area. Coral Springs and Parkland Schools are considered great schools. Coral Springs is a larger city and is considered one of the best cities to live in. Parkland is an upscale community. Both are cities are great places to raise a family and to live.

I would love to show you homes in these cities.

It's a great time to buy real estate and Coral Springs and Parkland are great places! Coral Springs is known for its' family environment and excellent schools. Parkland is known for its' unscale communities. Both cities are close to roads that zip you toward I- 95 and the turnpike. Either Coral Springs or Parkland would be a good choice to live and enjoy real estate $$appreciation in the long term.

Yes - especially if you are considering it as a primary residence. It's a great place to live! I've been here for 23 years and love it.
