I live in Loxahatchee and love it! I am a teacher and my kids love the schools. If you are planning a re-location it IS a good time...all of the homes are much more reasonably priced now and you still get the great rural community and atmosphere. My husband has been transferred or we would be staying. If you are interested in checking out my house I NEED to sell because my hubby has to leave April 1st leaving the boys and I to finish out the school year. We want 400K to pay off the debt and the realtor--We have 1.5 acres, a 3400 SF house w/ 4BR/3B upgraded with granite, wood and tile flooring throughout, stainless appliances- 12 foot ceilings-3way split. Out building, 36x16' heated pool-wooded lots all around and a private road with no through traffic or HOA!
