Cleveland Hill area (if you live in the area you will see it) is experiencing revitalization. It borders Snyder and the Maryvale district. What is happening is that a lot of the original owners are moving or going to that big cul-de-sac in the sky and new buyers are coming and updating and fixing up the neighborhood. We just sold a house over there and got a pretty decent buck. There are a lot of first time buyers looking to buy right now and they may be eligible for first time buyer programs. Many of the homes fit into the price range qualifications of these programs. Besides, the taxes are a little less than Amherst/Snyder.
