Hello,

That depends on what you are looking for. Acacia St is located in an older neighborhood of Tracy, but it is walking distance from Tracy High School as well as Lincoln Park.

Beaconfield Ct is closer to grocery stores, the mall, and other local shopping areas. It also provides easy access to 205.

If you'd like more information about the neighborhood, please visit my website http://www.searchcentralvalleyhomes.com and click on the Market Insider tab. I hope this helps!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Hi Realttak,
To answer this question I would need to know what you mean by better .

Are you referring to crime?

If you are you can check crime stats of neighborhoods in Tracy online.

Both streets are similar in amenities. As a Tracy native I will be glad to assist you with neighborhood comparisons . Feel free to call or email me for help.
