As with all real estate, location, location, location. That area is a mix of commercial, state owned property, and some residential. As to the area, it has been and should continue to be an area with lots of potential for growth and developement. The property you have invested in, with the proximity to NCSU, should do well. I say that not knowing the specific town home developement. To know for sure, you need to have the actual property looked at by a Realtor, who can then give a definitive opinion of potential growth for that specific property.
