Besides what you mention, the most important factor is also location of comparable properties in proximity to yours. So your addrss is the first piece of information anyone will need to give you comps.

Also...are you trying to get your 2008 property tax adjusted? If so, the properties should have sold BEFORE March 31, 2008, not 2009. If this is the case, your deadline to file your reques is April 10, 2009.

The new property taxes adjustment for 2009 can't be filed until after July 2009.
