Is this for renting or buying? If it's rental I wouldn't do any rental transactions. If you like to buy i will send you a Relocation package and we can schedule a tour of all houses that fit your criteria . First of of all we have to know the price range and specifics about the house. new or resale . Then we could go from there. It all depends on what customer wants and needs and particular price point ! Unless we know all the factors we could not start scheduling showings . When we meet for our initial consultation I will go over all the details . Meanwhile sit back and enjoy the ride knowing your journey is in good hands .
Sincerely ,

Hi! I live on the Northwest side of Cary and I love it! It's great because it's convenient to everything! Since I'm a Realtor & I work all of the Triangle area, I need to be able to get places quickly and I have found the Northwest pocket of Cary allows me to get anywhere in the Triangle in about 20 minutes. The schools are excellent and there's plenty of shopping all around.

There are some great neighborhoods I can send you. Just let me know what your price point is and I'll send you a list of my favorites!

It’s a matter of personal preference and what price point you can afford.
What’s important to you? Do you have kids and want to be near specific schools because of their programs? Do you want to be close to shopping or parks? Do you prefer a townhome or a single family? What amenities would you like in your subdivision?
Cary has many beautiful subdivisions. I would say, rather than looking at subdivisions based on someone else’s opinion, visit the area with an open mind and decide what’s best for you, based on your specific criteria.
If you’d like to discuss your needs further, send me an e-mail ( and I’ll be happy to work with you.

First congrats on choosing's truly a wonderful place to live - I agree with the other agents, there are multiple variables - like price range, lifestyle (walk to shopping or large wooded lots) etc etc . I invite you to consider my free phone consultation where you can ask me all your Cary questions! I also offer a complimentary overview tour if you come down for a visit. I've had the pleasure of helping many people from New Jersey purchase in Cary over the past 16 years. Here's a quick intro video you may find helpful.. Oh yeah...that's my website.. kinda says it all :)

Hey there NJ. I was raised in Princeton and moved to NC four years ago. I currently live in Cary. You're going to love it. I would enjoy the opportunity to put me and my team to work for you. Give me a call or email me your number and I'll reach out to you. We relocated four families from NJ/NY this past summer alone. I look forward to speaking with you soon!

It truly depends on what your needs are. If you are looking for particular schools, you'll want to purchase a home in that schools area. If you're looking for an Active 55 community then there are particular communities within Cary. It will also depend on your price range and how much house you want for the price. Do you have lifestyle needs/wants (ie golf)? The very best thing you can do is find a good Realtor and discuss with them. I don't recommend you share your personal info with anyone except the person who is representing your best interest.
