UPDATE:::::: If anyone is interested in helping me find a place please respond...I am looking for a 3 bedroom, 1-11/2 bathroom, finished basement and a overall update home in the areas listed above....I am not looking to really spend more than $1000/mo but if its worth it it may be an option but for now no more than $1000/mo...Please help im looking to move fast....

We have been marketing very successfully lease-purchase properties in Philadelphia. I would recommend viewing our site below for rentals - please see the link below. I would also come back once a week for the various neighborhoods to see if anything new has come up.

There's really no "place" in particular that can find you a rent-to-own situation. Just talk to a good Realtor that can help you create a rent-to-own with a house that has been on the market awhile. Your areas are pretty far apart though. If you narrow it down, it might be easier.

There are many "rent to own" lease properties genrally listed with other rental properties online or in the newspapers. That's where you find those.
